Not only was the technician incredibly knowledgeable about the options available in my case, they were also very responsive in providing me with feedback throughout the assembly process. I had everything that I needed for my PC build and then discovered I needed a new power source. Rather than wait a week or two to order it online, I called these guys up. They had what I wanted, sold it to me quickly, and I was able to get my build running shortly thereafter. Next time, I’m calling them before going online!
Got my computer issue diagnosed; turns out I had a bad GPU, but they were very quick with the diagnosis and were very fair with the pricing, gave me all my options for repair and answered my all my questions. I will 100 percent be coming back and will continue to have them help me with my computer issues. Daniel at the front desk was very polite and professional. Doug set up my computers in my office 2 years ago. We had a bizarre computer issue recently so I called him back out. Even though my issue was something obscure that he had not seen before, he worked tirelessly with my internet provider & they resolved the issue. To say I’m thankful is an understatement! This was a big undertaking & definitely not something I could’ve done myself.
These guys are computer studs. I bought a new laptop a few months ago, didn’t buy the warranty, and my cat spilled orange juice on it and turned it into a paper weight. A couple days later, I have a laptop that’s as good as new. And it was less expensive than paying the deductible for the warranty. Thank you guys; y’all are life savers. 5 stars all the way.

On March 23rd, I took possession of a custom-built PC for my wife to attend a hybrid program thru John A Logan College. I wanted the computer to be fast and not have any lag when doing online work. I wanted her to be able to do her homework and test without the stress of waiting for pages to load. Tim met this request and honestly went above and beyond with the build at a price I was ok with and below what I told him I was willing to spend. Now here is the reason for this awesome review. 14 days after my purchase, the computer started throwing a hard disk failure error. I called Tim on April 6th and he told me to bring it in as soon as I can. He told me this because he remembered the computer was for my wife who was attending online classes at John A. I took him the computer, he noticed me when I walked thru the front door, and took the computer from me and told me hopefully by the end of the day it would be fixed, if not it would be tomorrow the 7th. I did not get the computer back on the 6th but Tim called me and told me it was done but he was keeping it overnight to make sure it would not fail again. On the 7th I picked up the computer and it has run fine since and might even be a little faster than before. I spent a little more money on this computer than I would of at a big box store, but the reason I did this is for two reasons. I wanted to purchase the computer from someone local and I wanted to drop the computer off and have it fixed under warranty if something went wrong with it. Well something did go wrong with it and I had it back in less than two days. I call that awesome customer service and a business that stands behind their products. If you need a computer, I recommend Tim at Associate Computer Systems.
